On September 25, 2017, the Honeywell Corporation in collaboration with the VNU University of Science held a scholarship ceremony of UOP Honeywell 2017 for 05 students of the Faculty of Chemistry, VNU University of Science at the Hilton Opera Hotel, Hanoi. The scholarship is worth $ 500 per student.

Also in this ceremony, Honeywell delivered a three-month summer internship in 2018 at its research center in Chicago, USA for the best candidate.
05 students of VNU- HUS are honored to receive the UOP Honeywell 2017 scholarship
It has been the fifth year that UOP scholarship is awarded to the chemical engineering students at VNU University of Science. These are 5 excellent students: Truong Tan Sang, Le Quy Hien, Ho Thi Thuy, Nguyen Thi Hang, and Nguyen Ngoc Trung.

The Vice Rector expressed his belief that the scholarship recipients would be worthy of the UOP's expectations and would like the Faculty of Chemistry to continue to train outstanding students not only for the VNU University of Science but also for the chemical field in general.
