On October 23-24, Prof. Dr. Sc. Vu Hoang Linh, Rector of VNU University of Science, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Nguyen Hai, former Vice Dean of the Faculty of Physics, visited National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU) at the invitation of Prof. Edward Yi Chang, Dean of the International College of Semiconductor Technology at NYCU.

On October 23, 2023, Professor Ian Rowlands, Vice-Director of the International Cooperation Office at the University of Waterloo, Canada, visited and held discussions with the leadership of the University of Science, VNU Hanoi.

At the end of October, a group of students from the Faculty of Chemistry, University of Sciences will embark on a short-term exchange at Ibaraki University, Japan. This is an annual student exchange activity between the two institutions. To ensure that the students have meaningful and suitable learning and experience opportunities, representatives from Ibaraki University had a direct working session with the leaders of the University of Sciences.

As part of the 2023 Taiwanese University Education Exhibition, a delegation of Taiwanese universities visited and met with the leadership of the University of Natural Sciences, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU HUS) on October 13, 2023.

The University of Toulon, France, is one of the long-standing partners of the University of Sciences, Vietnam National University, Hanoi. Over the years, the two universities have collaborated in training and research exchanges not only at the undergraduate level but also in postgraduate programs. Many staff and lecturers from the University of Sciences have been research students at the University of Toulon and other prestigious universities in France.

On the afternoon of October 12, 2023, the University of Sciences held a meeting with Chungbuk National University, one of the top ten national universities in South Korea. Welcoming and working with the delegation from Chungbuk National University were Prof. Dr. Le Thanh Son, Vice-Rector of the University; Dr. Pham Van Thanh, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Physics; along with representatives from the Department for Cooperation and Development.

On the morning of September 30, 2023, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ngac An Bang, Vice-Rector of the university, along with Prof. Dr. Nguyen The Toan, Dean of the Faculty of Physics, and Dr. Le Huu Tuyen, Deputy Director of the Department for Cooperation and Development, had a meeting and exchange with representatives from the National University of Laos.

On the afternoon of September 29, 2023, a delegation from Osaka Metropolitan University, led by President Masahiro Tatsumisago, paid a visit to the Faculty of Chemistry, HUS.

From September 12th to 23rd, 2023, a group of 80 interdisciplinary interns, including professors, lecturers, researchers, doctoral students, and students from KU Leuven University, Belgium, along with VNU University of Science, the Institute for Vietnamese Studies and of Development Sciences, North-West University, South Africa, had an excellent experience during the "Living Lab" 2023 interdisciplinary internship in Hoa Binh.

On the morning of September 23, within the framework of his official visit to Vietnam from September 20 to 25, Japanese Crown Prince Akishino visited the Biological Museum at the University of Sciences, VNU Hanoi.
