On the 9th of May, 2019, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Noi - Rector of VNU University of Sciences (VNU-HUS) met with Seoul National University of Science and Technology (SeoulTech), led by Principal Mim Jong Ho. The delegation included representatives of the International Relations Office and the Undergraduate Academic Affairs Office.

On the 8th of May, 2019, VNU University of Science (VNU-HUS) and the Sustainability Alliance of Urban Networks in Asian Cities (SAUNAC) co-organized the "International workshop on the involvement of higher education institutions and stakeholders in smart sustainable city development” at 19 Le Thanh Tong, Hanoi.

On the 6th of May, 2019, VNU University of Science (VNU-HUS) welcomed and worked with a delegation from the City University of Hong Kong – CUHK led by Prof. Dr. Raymond CHAN, the Head of their Mathematics Department. VNU-HUS was represented by Assoc. Prof. Sc. Dr. Vu Hoang Linh, the Vice Rector, along with representatives of Faculties, functional offices and the High School for Gifted Students.

On the 6th of May, 2019, VNU University of Science (VNU-HUS) welcomed and worked with a delegation from the City University of Hong Kong – CUHK led by Prof. Dr. Raymond CHAN, the Head of their Mathematics Department.

On the morning of April 8, 2019, VNU University of Science (VNU-HUS) hosted a talk show on "Impossible is Nothing - Finnish Ecosystem & Innovation".

On the 6th of April, 2019, VNU University of Science (VNU-HUS) organized the "International Conference on Advanced Nanomaterials for Green Growth 2019" at 334 Nguyen Trai, Hanoi.

On March 21, 2019, VNU University of Science (VNU-HUS) organized the "Kickoff Workshop for the ViWat-Operation Project". This project is part of the program of cooperation between Vietnam and the Federal Republic of Germany, funded by the German Ministry of Education and Research and the Ministry of Science and Technology of Vietnam.

On 23rd November 2017, Vietnam National University Hanoi (VNU) held the closing ceremony of the AUN-QA 95th at programme level. At the ceremony, the evaluators presented preliminary reports, assessments of the merits and improvements of the training programs.

On 2nd October, 2017, Prof. Massimo Sarti and Prof. Alessandra Negri of the University Polytechnic of Marche, Italy (UNIVPM) came to the VNU University of Science and had a meeting with the Rector on the proposal of scientific research in the Horizon 2020 program.
