On January 3, 2019, representatives from VNU University of Science (VNU-HUS) and a delegation from the Feng Chia University had a meeting at Campus 334 Nguyen Trai, Hanoi.

On the 4th December 2018, VNU University of Science (VNU-HUS) welcomed a delegation from the KU Leuven University, Belgium. The delegation was led by Mr. Paul Van Dun, the Director of Research and Development and Technology Transfer Center at the KU Leuven University.

On March 29, 2018, at VNU University of Science (VNU-HUS) held the Doctoral Dissertation Defense in field of Environmental Chemistry of doctoral candidate Ferdinand Friedrichs (Federal Republic of Germany) on the topic: "Contributions to Online Measurement Systems for the investigation of Wastewater Toxicity on Activated Sludge".
