On March 18, 2019, the "Seminar on Forest based Bioeconomy” was held at 19 Le Thanh Tong, Hanoi. The seminar was co-organized by VNU University of Science (VNU-HUS) and Valladolid University (UVa), Spain.

On February 18th, 2019, VNU University of Science (VNU-HUS) hosted “The 13th International Symposium of Fine Bubble Technology” at 19 Le Thanh Tong, Hanoi.

On February 27th 2019, VNU University of Science (VNU-HUS) met with delegates from Russian Federation Universities, including: the National University of Construction, Moscow, MISIS National Research Technology University, Tomsk Polytechnic University, Ivanovo National University of Energy and Moscow Aviation University.

On January 14, 2019, the leaders of VNU University of Science (VNU-HUS) paid a working visit to the leaders of Dong Thap Department of Science and Technology, in order to proceed with the signing of a cooperation agreement on fields related to science and technology.

A ceremony was held on the 15th January, 2019 in Ho Chi Minh City to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for training cooperation and scientific research between VNU University of Science (VNU-HUS) and Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT).
