On July 19th, 2017, Vice Rector of VNU University of Science, Director of Key Laboratory for Enzyme and Protein Technology Prof. Dr. Phan Tuan Nghia, accompanied by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Do Minh Duc - Head of International Relations and Administration Office, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Quang Huy - Dean of Faculty of Biology, welcomed the delegation of China Fortune Land Development (CFLD) - Singapore.

On July 14th, Department of Quality Assurance (Ministry of Education and Training) announced the record of Vietnamese team in ICHO 2017 held in Thailand.

On July 14, 2017, at the International Center for Interdisciplinary Science and Education (ICISE), Quy Nhon city, Binh Dinh province, VNU University of Science held the workshop themed “Promoting Development Cooperation and Quality Assurance in the Context of International Integration”.

During the visit to the Federal Republic of Germany on July 6th , in the event of G20 summit, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc and Germany Government representatives witnessed the signing of a memorandum of understanding on joint research and production of “Compact and Robust Wind Turbine” (CART) between VNU University of Science (HUS) and University of Rostock of Germany.

Dr. Tran Quang Huy, who studied at the Faculty of Physics, VNU University of Science, course coded K41, is currently working at the National Institute of Hygiene and Epidemiology. He was granted the Global Young Academy membership in 2017.

To enhance institutional cooperation and further promotion of high quality human resource cultivation for Lao PDR and the Kingdom of Cambodia, VNU University of Science delegation led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Noi, with the companion of Prof. D.Sc. Nguyen Van Mau - Chairman of Science and Education Council, and heads of functional offices, met and negotiated with the National University of Laos (NUOL) and Royal University of Agriculture, Cambodia (RUA).

In the afternoon of April 13th, 2017, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Noi - Rector of VNU University of Science, had a formal meeting with representatives of Technical University of Liberec (TUL) and University of Hradec Kralove (UHK).

In the beginning of May, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Noi - Rector of VNU University of Science, visited partner universities in Hamburg, Germany.

In the morning of March 28th, 2017, Prof. Phan Tuan Nghia - Vice Rector of VNU University of Science had a meeting with the IMAG delegation.

The mentioned girl is Dinh Thi Huong Thao, student of QH.2016, talented program in Physics, VNU University of Science. Despite her underprivileged condition, Dinh Thi Huong Thao always spends restless effort to overcome difficulties and eventually nominated for the young representative of Vietnam 2016 in the field of studying.
