The VNU University of Science, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, has received an invitation to nominate candidates for the Credit-Based Student Exchange Program at the University of Ulsan (South Korea) under the GKS Exchange Scholarship. Details of the program are as follows:

Program Duration:

- One semester, from September to December 2025

Benefits for Selected Candidates:

- Round-trip economy-class airfare covered by the host university;

- Monthly living allowance of KRW 630,000 for 4 months;

- Eligible fields of study for exchange students: Mathematics–Informatics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology;

- Number of scholarships available: 01 slot

Eligibility:

- Applicants must be second- or third-year undergraduate students in the Faculty of Mathematics–Mechanics–Informatics, Physics, Chemistry, or Biology at VNU University of Science;

- Have a cumulative GPA of 3.2/4.0 or higher;

- Priority given to applicants with an international English certificate equivalent to level B2 or higher.

- One letter of recommendation from a faculty member;

- Supporting documents (if any), such as English certificates, awards, etc.

Selection and Implementation Process:

1.The University of Science will select candidates based on academic performance, language proficiency, and other achievements, then nominate to the University of Ulsan;

2.The university will notify applicants of the final selection result after receiving confirmation from the partner university;

3.Selected applicants will pay a participation fee of VND 1,000,000 to VNU University of Science;

4.Selected applicants must also pay the following fees to the University of Ulsan:

5.International student application fee: KRW 100,000

6.Dormitory fee: KRW 1,000,000 per semester

7.Insurance fee: KRW 120,000 per semester

Applicants complete necessary administrative procedures and prepare for departure.
